Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.

Delivery Time

• Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to order time and availability).
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & other areas: 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping on orders of AED 149 or more.
• Orders below AED 149 will incur a delivery fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Certain veterinary medicines and supplements require proper storage. We take appropriate precautions during transportation; however, customers should receive and store these products promptly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
