• General pet products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Pet medicines and supplements can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of purchase due to safety, quality, and storage requirements.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Your order confirmation or invoice is accepted as proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If any item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately after opening your package.

These products may carry contaminants or parasites such as fleas, ticks, or ringworm after use, making them unsuitable for resale.

Return Conditions

• Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
• Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, dirt, or misuse.

Petshopi.ae reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in a resalable condition.
